What it does
Notes to quote
Describe the job in your own words or dictate it, and SitePrice drafts the line items and prices them from your saved rates. Anything it can only estimate is flagged until you confirm it.

Line items arrive priced from your rates, and anything SitePrice suggests is flagged until you confirm it. Fix anything, then send a branded PDF (your logo, no watermark, on Pro).

03 · Straight talk
What it won’t do
- Send a price you haven’t approved. Prices come from your saved rates. Anything SitePrice suggests is flagged until you confirm it — nothing reaches a customer unless you’ve approved the price.
- Do your tax. It respects your VAT status on each document. It is not a tax adviser.
- Connect to accounting software. Not yet. You can export to CSV today.
- Offer team seats. It is built for one tradesperson running their own jobs.
04 · Pricing
Free and Pro
The free plan covers unlimited manual quotes, three AI-drafted quotes a month, five clients, one invoice, and CSV export (quotes, invoices, clients), backup and a chase list. PDFs carry a faint SitePrice mark and footer.
Pro removes the monthly cap on AI quotes (a fair-use daily limit still applies), adds your logo, drops the watermark, and unlocks unlimited clients, unlimited invoices and pipeline analytics. The price is shown in the app in your own currency.
05 · Privacy
Privacy, plainly
- No sign-up needed. Quotes, clients and rates stay on your device.
- An AI quote sends your job notes and saved rates to Google’s Gemini. See the privacy policy for what that means.
- No analytics and no ad SDKs.
- Cloud backup is optional and held in the UK. Delete your account in the app, or by email request.
