Titra app showing dose tracking and weekly journal
TL;DR

Titra is a personal organisation tool for people on GLP-1 medications. Log your weekly dose, journal side effects, track progress. Free tier available; titra Pro subscription unlocks advanced features. Available on iOS and Google Play in 24 languages. Not a medical device, not a medication delivery service.

The problem

You're on a GLP-1. The medication is changing your routine — what you eat, when, how you feel. The week-on-week pattern matters: when did the nausea start, did the energy come back, what dose worked best. Most people end up logging this in five different apps, a notes file, and the back of a journal — and forget half of it before the next prescriber visit.

Titra is the layer that holds it together. One app. One private journal. Used for the long haul.

How it works

01

Log your dose

One tap when you take your weekly injection. Titra remembers what dose, what day, and tracks injection-site rotation so you don't bruise the same spot twice.

02

Journal as you go

Side effects, energy, hunger patterns, weight, food. Eight seconds per entry. Three months later you'll have a real picture, not a vague memory.

03

Look back

See your trends. Bring them to your prescriber visit. Compare what worked with what didn't. The journal makes the appointment shorter and more useful.

Frequently asked

Is my data private?
Yes. By default everything stays on your device. titra Pro adds optional encrypted cross-device sync if you want it.
Does Titra share my data with anyone?
No. We do not sell, rent, or share your health data. Anonymous usage analytics are collected to improve the app; everything personal stays with you.
Can my prescriber see my Titra data?
Only if you choose to show them. There's no clinic dashboard, no automatic sharing. You can export a summary as a PDF and bring it to your visit.
Does Titra work for diabetes patients on GLP-1, or only weight loss?
Both. Titra was built around the medication and the routine, not a specific condition. Type 2 diabetic patients and weight-loss patients both use it — the journal works the same way.
Which medications does Titra support?
All GLP-1 receptor agonists prescribed for diabetes or weight management. We don't list brand names in the app or our marketing — generic categorisation only.
What languages is Titra in?
Twenty-four locales at launch including English (UK + US), German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, and more. The app reminds in your local time and language.

When was your last shot?
