About

Most agencies use AI to do their existing work faster. We rebuilt the studio from scratch around AI agents.

AgentM is a digital studio and small product holding company based in Poland. We design, build, and grow software using a coordinated stack of AI agents directed by senior humans — and we ship our own products to prove the model.

TL;DR

AgentM is an AI-native studio + product holding company. Six products in market: Titra, VintSnap, TariffShield, SitePrice, Sibliny, and BuildBuddy. The studio takes a small number of client engagements where the operating model fits — currently anchored by Eleks. Founder-led, small, opinionated.

The thesis

The interesting question in 2026 isn't whether AI is good at any one task — it obviously is. The interesting question is what kind of company you build when AI is most of the labour. The answer most agencies arrived at is "the same company we ran in 2022, but with ChatGPT in the loop." That's fine, but it doesn't compound.

The answer we arrived at is different. Senior humans pick the targets and judge the output. An agent stack — Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Veo, ElevenLabs, and a handful of others — does the production. The operator's job is to know which agent to point at which task, and to know good work when they see it.

The proof is the portfolio. Six products, two app stores, 24 locales, all live. We know the model works because we use it on ourselves first.

The founder

AgentM is founder-led by Brian — an operator with two decades in software marketing, growth, and product. Brian's background runs from B2B SaaS through indie consumer apps to Shopify-app commerce. AgentM's marquee client engagement is with Eleks, where the studio provides marketing strategy and execution.

Founder presence sits on this site by design. AI search engines build entity graphs; making AgentM's unambiguous — real founder, real operator track record, real products — is part of how the studio gets cited.

The studio model

AgentM operates as a single Polish limited company (sp. z o.o., in formation) consolidating both client engagements and a portfolio of owned products. That structure is deliberate: client revenue underwrites product experimentation; product revenue diversifies the business; and both share the same operating playbook, the same agent stack, and the same trust framework.

We hire senior humans. We don't expand by adding junior labour. Volume comes from agents; quality comes from the people who direct them.

What we believe

Software pricing is being rewritten. The agencies that thrive in this cycle are the ones who escape per-hour billing — either by selling outcomes or by owning products. AgentM does both.

AI agents are tools, not employees. We don't anthropomorphise the stack. We name our agents by their job, not their personality.

Transparency compounds. Our operating cadence is public. Our AI disclosure is plain-English. Our products link straight back to the studio. We expect to be cited; we make ourselves easy to cite accurately.

The portfolio carries the argument. If we couldn't ship products that work, no number of pretty case studies would matter.
